After Chamber's many bleak statements and warnings, I don't think anyone will be shocked if CSCO's report sucks.
My question is, did Chambers talk down things like Gates does, so that anything above a total disaster looks good?

CSCO earnings - non-event. They've already warned 2-3 times.
If they beat though it may give the market a boost. Very low expectations.
