Ron, With all due respect.. What you're posting is extremely litigous, in my opinion, if you are not doing so. Would you mind sharing some of the information, perhaps, for verification? I'm not sure why I am sticking my nose in this, but I just don't think it's right unless you DID retain an attorney and he indeed believes you have such a case, AND you intend to follow through.. Anyway, my 2 late-night cents. Later!

The lawyer seems to think that there is a pretty good case. Enough to put Anthony in the slammer for at least a couple of years an some of his buddies. Watch yer mouth McGruff, you don't want to wake the bear and get yer head ripped off and spit out... Let me remind you the ECNC report went out last year in March - about 14 months ago. You had a year to file a suit and that deadline has already passed. It's too late now, (oops) and you have zero claim anyhow. Let me remind you, since apparently all the sand you pounded up your rear has finally reached your brain, the SEC sued ECNC based on the information we gave them. Now you suggest the SEC has a problem with us? BAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Better wake up quick bud, we actually do have the money to destroy pip squeeks like you financially. Cheers
