Charles, if there is going to be an AOL MSFT war, don't you think cash will be a factor? I think it would, and it certainly seems like AOL is going to start playing dirty, if they haven't already.

It's called the best profit margins in the industry, plenty of cash, no debt, revenue expansion, & Bill Gates!
Sorry Charlie, the OS is not over priced compared to other software applications/games/utilities/OS's/. If people think that the MSFT OS is over priced, maybe the PC might beyond some peoples means and penny stocks is the way to go.

<Yes, MSFT has more cash and less debt. If that's your criterion for picking stocks, then go for it.>
