I had a limit order yesterday to sell ORCL @18

The high for the day was 18.04.

Why do you think my order did not fill?

Anyone who reviews this thread (or a second, dead SI thread devoted to "issues" at Schwab) will realize that I was a vociferous critic of Schwab until about 3-4 years ago. At that time, the company transformed itself, with a new attitude toward traders and a refreshing "the customer is always correct" stance.

I've been a very happy camper.

However, I am very concerned about the recent VERY OBVIOUS erosion of service for trades placed through the website. Orders are slow to execute, and I had a special situation trade placed today which the company just plain **didn't work**.

Ticked.
