Scumbria, you have utterly failed to recognize what you see in front of your face. I'm sorry to put it in a way that you'll conclude is "critical". You can generalize about "this thread" all you want. You can distort what anyone else says to your heart's desire, but it invalidates nothing of what I wrote. You don't understand where I am coming from. You have no idea where I've been. You don't know who I agree with, you don't know what I disagree with. Lump me into whatever Opposing Force you want to, I couldn't care less, because you don't know what you're talking about. In many ways, you resemble an average radical on either side, did you know that? You've decided to define everything in terms of What is Best For Me. Beyond that, you've rolled over for the Big Lie - 'the end justifies the means'. You're not alone; and there have been times in the past when I've felt the same way myself. It does not matter to me what you've jotted down in your notebook for Reasons Why I Didn't Really Actually Fail. At some point during everyone's Debate About the Truth, they either get their shinola together, or The World does it for them. When that happens, you have to decide to drive, or sit in the back seat, hope the cops are on break, and nod off while the driver robs a gas station, runs red lights, gets a hummer, and tells you to continue with your nap because he knows what you really want is part of the gas station loot and a hummer too. Have you ever noticed that the only people that think "everyone else" is effed up are really effed up?
