Pravin:

"The eWeek story clearly paints the picture for Intel for the rest of the year. It is absolutely amazing to me that Intel's share price could be up today with such dire implications linked from Yahoo finance."

As long as INTC can continue to pay its dividend, a prerequisite for many large funds, it'll be supported as we've already seen...Perhaps AMD might, at some point, consider paying a dividend in effort to maximize share value...

Pravin,

I agree, its seems very dire.

However i am seeing lots of PIV's around and RDRAM pricing is very good.

Also i am hearing of PIV shortages.

As Intel had maybe 1M units in PIV excess inventory at end of Q1, this os good news for Intel surely.

regards,

Kash
