Souze: good point: I wonder if this morning's announcement by Vodafone Globalstar of data services in Australia had anything to do with putting on a good face should G* file under chapter 11.

Sure seems strange for all these concerns to be placing current business plans in front of a BK judge. "Gee Your Honor, today we cant make a go of it unless you cancel out the debt. Then watch us go, we'll make money for everyone!"

I think you are right, Souze...I would like nothing more than to see Vod out of the picture, but I also think Vod is caught between a rock and a hard place on this one...we, the common, the mice, have to just watch as the elephants go at each other above our head in this tusk for tusk showdown...

(BTW, is it true that elephants are scared of mice...or is that an old wives tale???)
