The presence of the Jews has created irreversible positive changes for them in a culture that once treated them like property(and often still tries to). The Israelis passed laws that brought education and civil rights to all of the Palestinians who chose to take advantage of them. Where would the Palestinians be now if they were still under Jordanian, Egytian, or Syrian rule?? See?? Everything is relative, depending on what one chooses to emphasize (positive or negative). Hawk
