dabum3,

The March 2002 NG futures contract is still selling for $4.60.

If you would have bought a March $4.50 put this morning, it would have cost you $8,400 to control 10,000 MMbtu. March 2002 is now down $.202 to $4.60, which would have given you a one day profit of $2,020 or 24% today.

This might be the way to go if you believe NG prices will fall below $4.60.

Jim

dabum, now I've seen everything: TMF, the former bastion of B&H, officially writes about shorting Palm. fool.com
They just recently started paying attention to the price they buy at and even occasionally discuss selling now.

Bay area housing: a relative bought a used manufactured home
of 1800 sq ft in a well kept SJ senior park for $130k. Add ~$600 monthly space rent. There may be parks like this for younger folks?

Alameda vs Oakland Hills: no brainer - for me it would be Alameda because of the many marinas there.:)
