With Palomino being around 15% larger than the Thunderbird core I think it's a safe bet that Morgan and Spitfire will have the same ratio (maybe even a little bit worse since the L2 cache won't grow 15% on Palomino). AMD probably won't differentiate the both core in features (except cache) since the designs would be too different then. With Duron at 900 MHz currently and 950 MHz later this quarter, it's IMO unlikely that AMD will ramp production up to 1.2 GHz in Q3. More than 1.1 GHz is very unlikely.
