NO...remember who asked for the recounts in the first place.....It was a man who cared more for his own ambitions than for the good of the country....A man who didn't care about the military vote... Gore instigated the legal actions.....Gore was the one who wanted pimples and dimples counted where he was popular, but by all means, he didn't want the military vote counted, where he was not popular...... No, it was Gore who instigated legal actions...and not because Gore cared about the country, but because Gore cared only about himself and his ambitions.
