I may well be wrong but I have a sense (maybe wishful since I am a long)that Dell's management may just be sandbagging the spin/shorts-i.e.like INTC did!

You are probably right.... , since Csco also increased from 64 mm to 92 mm by April 6 Thats shown on the company profile, but csco not even shown on the Nas short interest site I use for some reason.
Thats a pretty heavy investment of around $1.8 bil on the dark side. Hate to think how much it would be if
any gamblers stepped in to play the market.(g)
