the information is from Richard Bernstein of MER, who is the creator of the sell side indicator. and yes, it's at an all time high, meaning WS strategists were never before in history as bullish as they are now. i'm later on going to post a chart of the indicator...it shows quite nicely how WS strategists have collectively been wrong at every important turning point, and how they surprisingly got ever more bullish in the course of the bear market.
