Think memory is cheap??? check out these guys.. On the left hand side click on memory, and hold onto your seat.. This is what they call a memory broker.. essentially, as inventory levels build- these are the guys who come in, buy it, and sell it for .10 profit per module.. volume is all they care about :) Especially look at the price of the rambus memory.. Unreal.. less then half what it was 2 weeks ago.. Prices dropped right across the board again this morning.. I really am being honest when I say I dont see an end in sight.. Not the overall market/economy, but rather the semis.. I just dont see any signs of sunshine.. at all.. ...and yes, im starting to get my resume out there as I expect layoffs to begin in full swing starting next month.. It will be well worth it tho when I cover my CCMP at 25 :) edgemicro.com
