Thanks Les. I come over here once and awhile to read you guys, but gosh, its hard to keep up. Just to add some to this... A friend who is a carpenter called me in a panic last Tuesday and wanted to know if we should get back into the market...ITS GOING UP...LOOK!!! I convinced him to sell out back in January and he was grateful but now is worried about missing out. Also a couple other friends who have been permabulls forever are becoming a bit cocky over the recent run and have been down right insulting to those who question the wisdom of jumping back in. <H>
