I closed out my CSCO positions (long shares and short puts) the last few days, as I think the stock is a little ahead of itself and earnings will be announced tomorrow after the bell.

Based upon recent comments by Chambers, I believe the turnaround of CSCO is still at least two quarters off, and I expect a drop to around $15 on Wednesday.

If the stock drops back to the mid teens, I'll be prepared to write some more LEAP puts (Jan '03 $15s) as I think $15 is the short term bottom for CSCO.

But maybe I'm wearing dark glasses.

Perfect accessory, matches your persona.:)

Kidding.

Seriously, if you had been doing your homework you'd be aware that I like you am neither bullish nor bearish.

Would that make us "kindred spirits"?

Scary thought.

Does seem that in spite of your declared neutrality you may be leaning quite bit to the bearish side on Cisco.

What's in a name anyway?

It's been well documented on the thread that I'm only trading Cisco nowadays so your bash of Cisco directed towards me was a wasted effort.

Find a bull and give him or her your views.

Perhaps they'll care.

I don't.

Cheers
