Microsoft Strikes Banking Deal

REDMOND, Wash. (AP) - Microsoft Corp. on Monday announced a deal to provide banks with software designed to make their Internet transactions ultra-secure.

The technology, which works in the Windows 2000 (news - web sites) operating system, is designed to allow banks to be sure of whom they're dealing with on the Internet. It matches a security framework designed by Identrus, an alliance of 150 of the world's largest banks.

The deal involves Microsoft, Unisys Corp. of Blue Bell, Pa., and Ireland-based Baltimore Technologies, which has its U.S. headquarters in Boston. Baltimore is providing its Public Key Infrastructure security system, and Unisys is providing help using the system

mrci.com

there are a boatload of nr7's on nasdaq, dow and nyse, some of em i'm watching are lu, c, bix.x,

there are still boatloads of bearish posts on si after this move up and rydex ratios still have not reached extremes seen at former tops, i believe this consolidation range from the 19th will resolve in another leg up, which when it tops will be tradeable to the downside, should get the capitulation in the rydex ratios then and everybody in the bull camp, a lot of doods that were screaming bullish at the top are now bearish, cautious, need to get them on the long side before a major pullback.
