that's the thing...they themselves are what makes up the contrary indicator in this case. besides, considering what emanates from the daily helping of money managers paraded on TV, their collective intelligence isn't really something to write home about. many owe their job probably to the sheer amount of money printing the Fed has perpetrated in the past few years. when there's so much money sloshing about in the system you need more people to 'look after it'...that automatically results in lower standards.
