Bruce Brown - Re: BZH short I agree with your take in general, but I do feel the housing market will find some pain going forward. I did not short BZH on valuation basis. But rather on a technical pullback potential. I am short at 65.25 I feel it is quite overextended here and a partial retrace is probable back to support, which was resistance earlier. I am looking to cover at 62 or 67.25 whichever comes first. thats a 3.25 vs 2.00 reward/risk I hope this explains my logic of this play. Good Luck Michail
