I oul say the same thing about Roe v. Wade, etc. But it is done, the decision is law and must be accepted. Finality is important. You can work to change the status quo by electing someone other than Bush in the next election cycle. That's the way it works under the rule of law.

The colonists had no representation. That was the crux of the problem. Can't say that here.
