Softechie: I agree entirely. However, I think there is one curve to your post. The Q2 earnings warnings season, miserable earnings (which should be the bottom for 2001, in this regard), and limited visibility will indeed bring the NASDAQ back to earth. However, unlike the most bearish on this or other threads, I do NOT see the NASDAQ retesting the low of 1640. Rather, I think the NASDAQ will "bottom" at around 1800; anything less than this will (IMHO) be a gift from God. The megabears who think NASDAQ will go to 1100-1300 are going to be disappointed.
