So much for the sell-off today. I was expecting one. Where are all the shorts? CSCO up today. Maybe shorts still in hibernation. Funds still trying to get in with all their new money from inflows. But energy prices muting any rally. UIS and LOR popping, otherwise no action. Non-event on DELL. Maybe non-event on CSCO. We'll see. The pressure builds the longer we base here for a sizeable rally going into the weekend. Will it explode or fizzle? In the meantime being bored to death. Could break even for the third day in a row. Better than a loss I guess.
