This type of thing just blows me away, please forgive me, I just have to rant a bit. << some could argue that naveen was much smarter than jeff and saw the writing on the wall. if in naveen's position, i would hope to monetize investor ignorance the same way he did. he played the game and won. it isn't his fault so many folks played the game with bankrupt speculative practices, is it? now, if he was actively pumping "great prospects" then that is unethical, imho. but, if he kept his mouth shut and sold and sold and sold size to the morons, more power to him! >> There are cats and there are mice. Cats deserve to do the killing because they were born cats, right? 150 years ago white Americans enslaved black Americans. The blacks deserved to do all the work, be whipped, traded, degraded, etc. because they were born black, right? Whites deserved to enjoy most of the products of the blacks hard work because they were white, right? Smart people or 'geniuses' get most of the share of gnp pie that is mostly produced by dumb people or 'morons'. The smart people deserve most of the share because they were born smart, right? The dumb people deserve to do most of the work and get hardly any of the pie because they were born dumb, right? Such is the way of the world. Such is the nature of capitalism, communism, pretty much any society in the world, right? It has been said "I have overcome the world." "The first shall be last and last shall be first." In the next life those who cannot overcome the world may get to stay in the world. Those who can overcome the world may get to progress to something much higher. In the US the average person makes somewhere around $30,000 / yr. In the entire world the average person makes much less than this. The person who makes $60,000 / yr is quite comfortable, most likely works hard and is probably deserving of this. The person who makes $120,000 / yr is quite highly paid and may or may not be deserving of this, but it is not completely outrageous. The person who makes $200,000 / yr is probably deserving of this if he has developed a cure for cancer. Otherwise he is most likely somewhat overpaid, but maybe not quite to the disgusting stage. The person who makes more than $200,000 / yr is living very high above his fellow brothers and sisters in this world. He was born smart so he deserves it, right? How any person can desire to take a greater than $200,000 / yr chunk of the gnp pie while those around him have so much less is beyond me. It is disgusting and pathetic. It is natural of this world, just as a cat eats a mouse is natural of this world. How thankful I am that I was born dumb.
