sb - ...the politicians and energy suppliers that ACTIVELY SOLD deregulation as the way to LOWER prices would be proved to have misled the public. Why would any proof be required? The entire fiasco was doomed from the start. As long as government has the power to interfere, it will do so and find private co-conspirators. As long as government has the power to interfere, no free market is possible in the face of political risk.
