So what? The fair disclosure rules are a sham anyway. Did you ever honestly believe they would be honored? With all the big bucks at stake, the FEDS would have to bust every pro house on Wall Street to ensure compliance, and then no one would be left to trade but us little guys. Fat chance.

Jim the sad thing is that a company can price option when they want and at strike prices they chose as long as it is timely disclosed. The shareholder and not the government can fire management.

This is quite different with financial disclosure like CA recently which is fraudulent including inuendo reporting.
