Your right-the entire "mantra' of overpaid/fat/cat/CEO's which has transpired over the past ten years is totally rediculous-CEO's who pick board members who will play footsie with them will destroy what is left of any thought of honesty/integrity/fairplay in Wall Street's toys/stocks.All the investment bankers who "underpriced"a decade of IPO's so they could put payola bucks in their client's/institutions pockets in exchange for big time commisions at the enormous expense to the underwritten company's shareholders has now been exposed-the whole thing stinks and always has-SEC under Levein was a joke he never went after the real crooks-"the firms"!!!!.----PS:Good DELL buying opportunity IMO.
