Freeus,

worried there may not be a run-up
been trying to formulate plan for Wednesday
this market is incredibly unpredictable
i'm too dumb to out think it
not good at shorting
puts are good hedge

but here goes:

i'll raise some cash over next couple days
listen to others on this thread
get out of speculation PCLN, CMGI
look to gradually re-deploy
thinking BRCD, BEAS, SEBL, VRSN, SYMC, STOR etc (software down on weak cap. ex)
mortgage stocks maybe for safety? FNM, FRE
MSFT in 60s

if we go off the cliff
even hitting <2100
wait for selling to slow find a bottom
and then buy like crazy

wait for rally and start over again

best,

j
