What game? I have made very nice profits shorting and going long on this company. Currently back in long mode.
The only game I play: The Daytrading game. If you are a long term short, good luck to you. But let's not get our signals confused here on what game it is we are playing.

From MVSN's 4/30 CC Script

In the audio area, we continue to work with our partner, TTR Technologies, to deliver our SafeAudio copy protection system for audio CDs that will prevent the majority of PC copying and copying by dual deck CD recorders. Internal testing is nearly complete with one of the major record labels, and a second label is in the process of replicating tens of thousands of SafeAudio-protected discs for a trial release. We have also lined up two independent labels that want to participate in field trials of SAFEAUDIO. We expect to get internal test results from the first major label within 30 days – and if the results are satisfactory, an external trial will commence. We have agreed that all results will be kept confidential until such time as Macrovision, TTR, and the record labels agree that public announcements relating to the usage of SAFEAUDIO are appropriate. The reason for this confidential treatment is because no one wants to alert consumers that a particular title is copy protected, and risk biasing the unit sales or return rates on the title.
