Bad news is being bought. The worse the news is for CSCO, the higher it will go by the end of this week. I'm expecting the next leg up in this market to occur tomorrow am and continue till the end of this week.

Wes, just because the options for CSCO haven't been issued doesn't mean they're not already priced. A 2-3 month lag is not uncommon. I actually doubt they would price so close to earnings anyway. Probably a fixed date every year.
