If your assertion is correct, it only reinforces
the point that all the Rambus ideas were public
domain at that time. And Mike knew this.

More, the Gustavson's article does not mention
Mike's name, even if the position of "Chief Scientist"
is usually highly visible within a company.

Do you imply that it is possible that some outsider
Gustavson came in a secure-gated private company,
and stole ideas of one of its employees? Don't you think
that an opposite scenario is much more likely?
