RR,

If and when the DOW breaks above 11,000 I believe we will go much higher and in turn the DOW will pull the NAZ higher. The DOW has been basing for two years now and saw a fake break to the down side early this year, which IMO once the 11,000 is taken out we could see a very powerful rally to the upside!
