You said, "The market is saying that it is comfortable with this mgmt team."

Where did you hear that?

The 200, 100, and 50-day averages have steadily declined since Layton was named during the first week of January. However, during this period GMGC performance has equaled the NASDAQ performance.

At best the market is silent on the management team, which other than Laton has only been in place a few weeks.

A change in the business plan to a more technical company (software instead of services) is not well served by the loss of three PhDs (Markman, Lange, and Byrne). One of the few speaking engagements shown on the web site, has been shown as TBD for at least two weeks.

Paula S. is the only management team member with an advanced technical degree from a top technical university, while the competition (see TellMe, Nuance, Speechworks) is filled with notable academic backgrounds.

I have met and talked with ten GMGC engineers and managers since 1995. For a time they had the sharpest young software engineers with backgrounds at places like Apple. The recent history of GMGC will not attract top talent.
