I didn't know about the Sep date. I am just skeptical of the NASD getting anything done on time. I also wonder if implementing this rule is no big deal for clearing firms, or if it will be as big of a pain as I think. Getting a trader's BP correct is no small feat now; I can't imagine determining who is and isn't a dt every day and making sure that they have $25K to get margin at all - what a nightmare.

Alan,

I just got to thinking, it's been a very long time since the last reversal signal in the INCI (Irby Name Change Indicator). I believe you were the one that originally noted the correlative value of this indicator... Could you comment on the significance of this long steady value? A continuation pattern, perhaps?
