You guys with Level II --- is there any way you can tell if the buying today was short-covering? If I were short, the Samsung press release would make me very nervous. Like the earlier licensee, Samsung understands battery technology --- hard to imagine that they could be fooled into licensing useless technology. And they certainly have the financial resources to scale up manufacturing capacity quickly.

Another thought: given that Samsung will be supplying PDA batteries to Compaq, and given the April 19 VLNC announcement of a contract to supply batteries to an unidentified PDA OEM, might the VLNC PDA OEM customer be Compaq? I think there's a real good chance. (how many PDA OEM's are there?? the universe isn't that large, is it?) Maybe we'll hear more about this during the next conference call.
