Is a "Bad-News-Is-Good" rally already priced in to CSCO?

There's two ways the market might go after CSCO's earnings:

1) Tthere be a relief rally on the CSCO earnings report if earnings or forward comments are good, or

2) There be a selloff because the market has been perceiving bad news as good and has already priced in a "Bad-News-Is-Good" rally.

What do you all think?

12:32 ET Cisco Systems (CSCO) 19.99 +0.74: -- Update -- Sources at Lehman Brothers telling us that they spoke with CSCO on the speculation that CSCO had already issued and priced options for its employees. CSCO confirmed as of now, it had not and indicated that they are aiming to do so toward end of May. Lehman said that as part of a competitor upgrade this morning (Morgan Stanley), the analyst suggested CSCO had already issued and priced additional options. Lehman remains positive on CSCO and believes this news with respect to timing of date of options issuance and pricing may affect tone of mgmt conference call this evening.

Thought I'd post it so everyone would know what you're referring to.
