the telco industry is in shambles...overcapacity, massive debt loads...read: their main customers aren't going to spend a lot of money on equipment for years to come.
yes, it will come back, but WHEN? imo this is one where you wait for the bounces to provide shorting opptys.
besides, as someone else remarked quite correctly recently, the old leaders won't regain their leadership status...if you want mania look for new ones. the street is more likely desperate to still be saddled with oodles of this stock. there's no shortage of it after all...7.28 billion outstanding, and no danger of the number shrinking anytime soon.
