The bulls seem to get some fumes at the end of each day!

So Far, the News Isn't Great for Cisco
By James J. Cramer

5/8/01 5:13 PM ET

Early snapshot of this Cisco (CSCO:Nasdaq - news -
boards) call is not good. Not enough business
booked. Not enough product sold. Not enough
business done in the United States in enterprise
business, and service providers were simply awful. Orders dropped by 75% in
the service provider business. Ouch!

I can't tell you anything so far that makes me happy about Cisco, and I can tell you a
lot (not enough product sold, nothing really good overseas, especially Japan) that
makes me think that Chris Stix's call was not a money-maker. A down-two scenario
seems more likely to me than a plus-four one at this point. Back to the call.
