Looks like you can't do it with a bar chart.

You can with a tick chart or a Time&Sales charts. I know you can - I'm watching CSCO now. :)

I generally only use Time&Sales charts for charting NASDAQ stocks intra-day. It's nice to see the bid/ask "envelope" around the trades. (Though less useful now with tighter spreads.)

T&S charts are particular useful for pre-market.

I set the bid in red, and the ask in green, the price in yellow. and volume in white.

If you haven't updated to latest RealTick, you may need to remove high and low prices (in display options). They finally realized that these are not useful and removed them.
