Thanks for sharing your customer service story. A strong commitment to superior customer service is one of INAP's greatest strengths. The result is few lingering problems and very happy customers.

You just don't find InterNAP customers abandoning the service or flocking to better service elsewhere -- because there isn't better service elsewhere.
