Re. the question about whether Samsung is getting manganese or phosphate chemistry, maybe the energy density provides a clue. According to a post on Yahoo, the li-polymer batteries Samsung will produce are 170Wh/kg. Did the gen 2 manganese go that high, or is this the number Lev quoted for the phosphate cells with the low-cost cathode? Anyone remember the numbers?
