Expansionary fiscal policy is increased spending. Regan created wealth. Clinton contained it. I thought you said you read my posts.

Reagan was the worst spender of all the Presidents, with an average increase of over 12% per year.
Demirat Congress
Clinton had the smallest increase of any modern president, at 3.6% per year.

Republican Congress

But no one should be fooled, state and local governments have taken up the slack. We have NEVER been so heavily taxed at all levels. Don't sell the public down the river to fit your idealogy.
