Swamp Fox....now wouldn't that be a good fit? ADIC is an excellent company that is on my watch list to accumulate as soon as I have the funds to buy more stock. It would be ironic if I ended up indirectly buying good ol' ADS to boot.

I was told by someone I believe (who is familiar with ADIC folks)that they made a tentative offer some time ago and were turned down. Whether that involved some of the patents AXC was unwilling to part with,I do not know. As best I understand it...may well be wrong..they are no longer in the bidding. But things do change rapidly.Always thought Sony was a natural, but that didn;t happen. Also think Quantum could really use something to round out their line (and they have a great sales force).
