Pretty clear to who? Clinton is NOT there at the request of the White House - he's there to suck up to one his largest campaign contributors... Probably working out some future funding for Hillary and the DNC. I'm sure Bernie Schwartz is in the wings with some more missile technology to "transfer" as soon as Clinton gives him the nod.
