"Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen looks set to dump one of his higher-profile investments. Allen's investment fund, Vulcan Ventures, has filed to sell its 2.4% stake in TheStreet.com….. Allen, 48, has lost close to $39 million on the investment and has seen a number of other tech ventures collapse since last year. Recently selling almost half his Microsoft shares for close to $9 billion to pay for his investments, Allen still has shares worth about $10.4 billion. "
