CSCO "is" the heart of techs market. It's choking badly now because there ain't no more cash cows to milk. It will test and even go below the lows. For Cisco to get back to its old level of earnings, it needs VC to start dumping money into internet and telecom industries again. Do you see any strong movement with the VC's now? They've taken their profits and let the bagholders sucking which are many in public funds. Sorry but the rocket has no more fuel.

Lately, gap downs have been buys, and gap ups shorts, someday soon this is going to change one way or the other, IMO. The Nasdaq has been stuck in a range for a while, it's going to bust soon one way or the other, IMO.
