GVTucker, I expect Cisco to be cash flow negative this quarter, but their cash & equiv positions have decreased in the last two quarters not from operations but because of decreases in the market value of their investments. Next quarter Cisco will be free cash flow positive again. How many companies can you list that have $17B in cash & equivs? Not many.

Given that the cash has been decreasing for two quarters now, and will most likely decrease some more, how low should I let their cash get before I bet against them?
