That's the kind of system a sadist dreams up. It works very well for controlling and subjecting others to your will. Of course, it will not have much effect on those with the courage to think for themselves, or those with the dignity to respect life. It would not be considered, not even for a shake of a lamb's tail--by anyone who wasn't soft in the head. Truly a vicious idea; and one which yet debases and dishonors a huge percentage of "aware" beings; an idea which oppresses the heart, and ridicules the humanity of anyone with half a brain.
