you are most welcome. Do you have one of those adjustable seats? If so you can adjust the seat for better performance with out having to get out tools. Sit on the seat, put your heal on the peddle, have your knee very slightly bent while setting on the seat, that way when you use your toe, you get maximum use out of your leg muscles. Also, throw away those toe clips if you use them, get bike shoes with peddle clips and new peddles, you will not believe the difference that makes. They make nice shoes now that you can walk around in but still are stiff for peddling. The peddles have an adjustable release tension, much like skies, so you can pop out of them with no effort.
