<<I would love to own a bike shop now,>>
I knew a young guy once, he owned a bike shop
He bought a house across from us in Dana Point, 1/3 mile from the beach
He bought the lot next to it. He put a fence all around it
He painted the house pink with purple trim
He filed the garage with packaged bikes
He got married and his wife had twins.
He surfs for hours every morning. I never saw him on a bike.
Poor fella.
On fellow who worked for him went out on his own, moved into my neighbors garage.
Make fancy bikes to order -sells them for $2500
He moved into an apartment and got married too.

I know, young Mr. Peel bought a great bike last fall.

He's been riding the trails in Malibu.

I am so jealous.

Bike shop is a great idea!
