oldirtybastard: you can live on beachfront property...what can you do with a CSCO share when there is nobody alive left to convince that it can do something for you besides allow you to sell it to someone who you are able to convince? I know exactly what you are saying! Perhaps you also can join Mucho and help me buy this San Diego beachfront property for $10K. I keep telling the seller the following: 'What do you do when earthquake happens and the fires in Malibu reach your house and the riots in Los Angeles destroy your property? Do you get aything out of it anymore? Take the $10K and be happy that I am taking all the risks involved with owning your property.' The seller however is too crazy and does not listen to me. It is as if he has no brain to think about the dangers of owning his property and not selling it to me for $10K.
